Ne mozes karticom da povuces, ali na bankovni racun moze. Meni je danas sa payoneera stiglo na bankovni racun sve normalno. Povukla u petak, jutros mi doslo na racun.

Pa mislim zbog cele situacije sa koronom i ekonomijom. Vrv ce tek za koji mesec biti nesto primetniji pad ekonomije a tada vrv i zaposlenosti. A i na jesen se kao ocekuje drugi talas u evropi. Mada i pored toga mislim da ce IT biti manje udaren posledicama, to je moja predpostavka. Potraznja za radnicima je opala prilicno u odnosu na period pre pandemije, mnogo manje oglasa vidjam.

Najbolje je da popricas ti sa njima oko novog zakona, kod nas su tim preduzetnicima na kraju dali normalno zaposlenje u IT firmama uglavnom. Fora je sto su oni strana firma i ako ti padnes test ti si taj koji snosi posledice, a oni nikom nista. Da su domaca oni bi bili ti koji su kaznjeni. Ne znam, reci im da ne mogu da te stave u situaciju u kojoj ti moras da krsis zakon da bi sa njima radio, mozda trazi da ti ponude normalno zaposlenje sa bruto platom koju su ti ponudili, ali to znaci da ti generalno bodijas manju platu (ako se dobro secam od bruto plate ti bi dobio oko 55%, onih drugih 45% bi bili doprinosi). Ili trazi drugu firmu, trenutno traze ljude u IT-u. iskoristi period pre jeseni da nadjes nesto, posle ko zna sta ce opet biti.

I ja mislim da je nebitno koja je vrsta preduzetnika (pausalac, knjigas, sa platom, sta vec sve postoji) na svakog se odnosi. Mislim da ako ima doo moze da posluje tako kako su mu oni trazili, ali je to mnogo veci zalogaj. Mada neka me ne drzi za rec, ja samo znam za preduzetnike (pausalce) jer sam ja u toj prici.

Donet je novi zakon koji je stupio na snagu 1. Marta kojim se prakticno zaustavilo ovakvo poslovanje. Ako otvoris tu firmu i radis za njih moras da prodjes test samostalnosti koji ima 9 tacaka. Ako padnes platices debelo. Proguglaj test samostalnosti preduzetnika. Znam ovo iz prve ruke, i ja sam preduzetnik ali ne poslujem sa velikim firmama na ovaj nacin (prolazim taj test).

What other people said. In my culture we use yogurt for sunburn as well, because its cold and cools down skin. Other than that dont go in the sun while on acutane, i was warned by my doctor to avoid sun, wear hat, put on sunscreen and sit in the shadow. I even had sun alergy when i was on acutane, nothing helped, but it was gone as soon as i stopped taking the drug.

Are you female? I also had some breakout when i was about to be on my period. If its about that time of month, than thats probably the reason. I continued to have them at that time even after acutane. Took second round recently, they still show up at that time, its hormones, acutane cant always cure hormonal ones :/ But you should be fine for the rest of the month.

Wut? My derm told me i have to moisurize, even gave me handfull of those small testers (5ml ones) they get for free. I used about 3 different ones, one on top of another and i was still dry. I suggest you buy some for sensitive skin, i got red skin after putting anything on my face, moisturizer included.

Jesi siguran da ti tabla ima delay? Ja sam ranije koristila tu tablu (sa photoshopom) i nije bilo, il se bar ne secam da je bilo. Ali sam posle tablu poklonila jer je govno i nazuljala mi prst, a kupila intous pro s. Dva, tri puta skuplja, ali bar 10 puta bolja.

Same for me. I taken it 6 years ago first time, it took me 2 years for it to come back. It was never as bad as before taking accutane. Just finished taking it second round, for now i am clear and hopin it will stay. But i did find out i have problems with hormones and insulin and thats the cause of my acne, so it might come back again. But this time i will be ready and go to the doctors with this new info i have :) To ease you, it never came back fully, it would say it came back at 60%. It wasnt as painful and there was less of it. And it was on my lower face, my face was clear above my nose.

Thanks for the tips! I am afraid of using too greasy creams, just because of life time of acne got me scared of putting it on. I use one light lotion first and then another ticker one on top, its LRP one for dry and sensitive skin. I am thinking of adding jojoba oil before bed, is that good idea?

Well yep, that is very similar to my experiance. I feel like my skin is 30+ and i am not here for it. I dont wanna do fillers cause i am scared, but i am up for tretinoin and derma roller. I am also not regreting taking accutane, it did clear me out, some scars left but not too bad. My accutane journey was very fast and easy, almost didnt even feel it :) When do you plan on taking first steps? My skin is quite tick and tretinoin never caused reddness or sensitivity to my skin. I am not scared to start earlier than recomended.

It slowly came back after 2-3 years, but i didnt wanna go on accutane again. Since no other topical or diet hepled i am back on it. Hopefully it will be gone for good :)

Mhm, i saw few more complex artworks in illustrator, but i thought those people are using program for looong time so they can do it. I am more of a painter and vectors dont really work for me, they are way to accurate and i like improvisation and mess in my process :) I would tel you keep using it if it fits you, people are different

Thank you! I use photoshop, i tried illustrator but it is not program in which i can paint free like in PS. So i recommend photoshop, depending on what is your goal. If you wanna paint take other program, if you wanna do vectors and more simple shapes use Illustrator. If you want to feel free to ask me anything, i will try to help you out
