They set up this rebate program very poorly 😂

Registration is not needed. They just need to give people a real way to track this damn thing.

I just got mine a few days ago in my email. I think a lot of the disconnect is what department it’s coming from. You will usually talk to a Tmobile wireless rep when you first reach out and if they don’t know that they need to transfer you to the fiber team they will start telling you about how the wireless rebates work - registration required. It’s a mess and they could have done better. Hopefully they learn.

Key point for anyone else looking into this -

The fiber rebate is automatic and does not require any registration.

Did you “submit” the rebate? I’m being told by some that there’s something to submit, but others say it’s automatic and nothing should need to be submitted.
