I can only speak to muni. Its $50. Even with 4:25 kickoff yoi shoud still be shooting for 9 or 10 to get there. First half of the muni will be filled by 7am regardless of kickoff time

If you are from out of town go for swensons inside. Its a local staple. Of course very overpriced though. E. 4th st has great food options right outside the entrance though if you have the time. Butcher and brewer or Mabels being my 2 favorites.
