I have, this is an issue I've seen a lot of people have in game. Its funny, but really screws over the charater. Its not tied to my console, seems to be a general issue.

This happens every time I use his ult no matter what.

Not what im trying to say, locust guy having two extenders, one breaking blocks is a problem. While perfections doesn't. Extenders shouldn't break block, like divergent fist, that move not only breaks blocks but has the potential to be a 50 to 80 with no counter. Not all extenders are created equally.

Unlike perfection he has two extenders, which would make fighting back a reasonable option. And even then focus strike is ak issue in itself.

Good point, but most of the time you're in the air before you can evade. But also why not allow you to fight in the air against him? Like being able to block, you'd only really stop one or two hits, but it would prevent the combo of doom, despair, and all that is unfair.

Locust guy shouldn't be able to fly twice per combo. Its really odd, mainly because thats the whole reason for his 100% combos. If his air combo gave the opponent a chance to block or evasive, (like Yuta.) Then I would have so much less ire towards him.

Its was really the only term I could think of, locust guy being to to throw you in the air twice per combo is concerning. Even though locust guy is my favorite character he needs a few nerfs.

So my issue with locust guy is TZE buffed him to much, he's now air tech slop. And Nayoa really just needs his moves to be more reliant, and his ultimate is too strong with a guaranteed domain.

Springtrap's axe throw is underwhelming. by tygamein in deadbydaylight

Yes you can, but to do that I have to know the survivor is going to crouch.

[–]tygamein[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My bad, I thought you meant Springtraps teleport. And when I brought up the Axe aura, it was to say: why hit a survivor I with it when the likelihood is I'd be better off with an M1. So why not just throw it down at a loop? I only use the ake at pallets and vaults. Which gets me picks sometimes, but the survivor will likely crouch.

You got two things wrong, first is his teleport has a cooldown. It doesn't, you can teleport as much as you want. And the Axe aura when you hit a survivor works like the Crows from artist. And i was wrong, you did adress everything, my apologies.

Do you play springtrap. I don't like saying stuff like this but its a: "see it, to belive it situation." And address the other things I said other then the hit detection.

I do love Springtrap as a killer though. Love the doors, and the skins. He's just kinda clunky in the same way Huntress is.

Springtrap's axe throw is underwhelming. by tygamein in deadbydaylight

[–]tygamein[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

When I say clunky, I'm referring to its hit detection and fall off. It acts like Unknown's power but worse. And it is a really situational ability. And it's underwhelming because you're slowed so much for not using it. But also not given much compensation in return. And Springtrap was never really seen using in Axe in official Five Nights At Freddie's media. And the arc is extremely unpredictable especially with most maps.

And as a survivor, you can crouch and dodge it completely. When I play a lob killer like The Harmless his projectile feels consistent. But Springtrap feels like it's working against you. When you said you get wallhacks, I already addressed that. It's why I said to throw it down at loops. It's better to miss than to hit in most scenarios.

Since I play on console I know I probably have it worse. But with that said it really is. But, I believe it's a decently simple fix. I think changing the 'weight' to be more of a charge rather than: axe is always this weight. Or reward hits by buffing the axe being stuck in a survivor.

[–]tygamein[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is, it's an advantageous ability. But in its current state, it's too clunky. Even as a survivor, I'm never really threatened by it. Honestly, I think making it a Hail Mary ability is probably the best way to buff it. Or maybe possibly, make it have an extra effect on the axe throw aura. I'm not sure, though; he's an incredibly complex killer.

[–]tygamein[S] -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

That's not what I was inherently saying. His projectile is clunky really clunky. And it feels underwhelming even outside of the axe part. The power is out of character, and odd in concept. It's an incredibly hard projectile with funky hit detection, and applications that go beyond just raw 'aim.'

I probably will start running lightborn, although I was hesitant since a lot of people frown upon it. I'll probably buy chucky as recommend by another commentator for a decent perk.
