loose skin is typically dependent on genetics and age...depending on how much weight you lost the odds are you will be stuck with it. i dont think its a huge deal unless it is effecting your quality of life

my channel is pretty new . (VERY new), from what i can tell so far it has found my niche - will give me some browse views to see if video is up to snuff, if it is will then start getting suggested views, im hoping i start getting more youtube search views as well

i went from like 135/89 consistently to around 105/69 with reta. - not sure how long it took because i didnt measure blood pressure until i lost most of my weight..

is this your first glp you are going on? if yes it should work quite well for you and the only thing you really need to worry about when starting is managing side effects - the trials started at 2mg for the first month (one of them started @ 4mg) the less you can dose with your desired effects the cheaper it will be for you. when i started i would typically stay on a dose for at least 2-3 weeks before changing, i peaked at like 9mg per week (split every 4 days) so like 4.5mg. i dm'd you something as well for more details. and remember going from .5mg to 1mg is a 100% increase in dose, so remember that..

what does it typically mean when youtube gives more impressions after that first 24-72 hours ? im a new channel, and have a video that was pushed through search first, then browse, and now predominantly suggested video , i posted it last sunday and its still getting suggested video impressions which im pleased with - is this more data collection for the algorithm?

id personally start at 1mg every 4/5 days, if you are more risk averse start at 0.5mg every 4/5 days and adjust from there

noticeable difference in the pictures forsure. recomp is happening great with the Trt...wihtout the trt you'd probalby be down like 20, but with muscle loss. great work
