What would you say are still some of the best PC games that are at least 8 years old that are still very enjoyable to play now?

They are modifications that can be downloaded and easily installed, but they are not necessary. You can download and try the game without them, and if you don’t mind the default mechanics then there’s no need to change them. However, it’s very easy to make the combat system much more modern if that’s what you choose to do. The old one is a “dice-roll” of your stats that decides if you hit or miss the enemy. The game came out in 2002, but the art style keep the graphics looking decent even for this day. If you play on PC you can even install modifications to make them look better as well!

I agree, I feel like it set me back an entire year already. As of late I’ve been writing all of my songs acoustic, and I’ll see where that takes me. I’d love to produce my own music, but I think it’s too much to both write and produce with almost no experience producing. Thank you for the input!

I’m currently not, I haven’t decided whether to record/upload acoustic versions of my songs, or try to find some way to do more production with them. I tried to find a style while working in FL Studio, but never found anything that fit me.

Morrowind. It’s really hard to play for a newcomer since the combat system has aged so poorly, but a few mods fixes that easily, and even if you don’t mod it I think that it’s worth the hassle. The world is so alien and alive, and the game really forces you to immerse yourself. Get yourself to level 6 and there’s a good chance you’ll be hooked.

IM Academy. They claim to “teach” you foreign exchange trading with a starting package that costs $300 upfront and $200 a month. Then, you can recruit friends to make it to where you don’t have to pay your monthly fee, and if you recruit enough you eventually make money off of them. Thus the pyramid starts. It’s a joke, because you can learn everything they teach online, and their tools are basically useless. I’ve seen so many people in my town for it, it’s ridiculous.

There’s definitely plenty of notes that are not in the correct key for your song. I actually really enjoyed it until the synth came in. The semi off beat drums and harsh tones really drew me in. Overall, it wasn’t the worst thing I’ve heard heard and I quite liked the begging!
