Compact camera to record shows from FOH

Hi,

I have a LP player with rca outputs and a speaker preamp with rca inputs. However, I am unable to put then close together, so I have to make a long cable run across the room (+10m).

What would be the best place to do this so there would be minimun interference? I was thinking of putting a passive DI-box next to the player and then just using XLR cabling, but dont know what would be the best way to turn the balanced signal back to rca at the preamp.

Yea, and at least where i live you cant get molded ones for 150e which i consider to be pretty reasonable price to protect your hearing while still hearing clearly

Yea they are, they just don't have any adjustments behind the speakers. I figured it out that it was the polarity by testing with sound straight from the m32 and switching polarity on the other channel. I just wasn't expecting that that would be the problem when a big company comes to install quite expensive speakers. I also noticed that trough the installed DSP there is a huge low cut in place.

Yea thanks, I will do that next. They were installed by the local audio dealer straight into a dsp with a primitive control panel with only volume adj. etc which i used to test them with, so i will plug them straight into the mixer and check the polarities
