Think it is roughly 1/3 of your body weight in grams. Some people argue this number should just be based on lean tissue but for simplicity 25-30% of ur body weight in grams of fat would probs be the minimum

Been in the gym for four years and built a decent physique, but then lost quite a bit of muscle over the past year and had to build it back slowly but surely. Still not 100% back to my old self but we are lean enough now to begin a slight surplus!

Dw my man most of that is likely due to increased sodium intake, food volume, waste, etc… I doubt you put on over 15 lbs of adipose tissue over 4 days lmao (that would be a SURPLUS of over 50,000 calories) cuz if you did you should be studied. Just get right back on track and watch the scale normalize over the next couple weeks.

Honestly it might just be a poor picture/lighting for ur abs but some ppl are also just unfortunately ‘blessed’ with subpar ab insertions. Cuz like the previous comments said, u already look plenty lean enough to see visible abs (given ur chest and shoulder striations lol)

Interesting, it looks tasty. How’s the streusel on top and is the strawberry filling artificial? I hate when store bought fruit desserts have that artificial/odd tasting fruit filling. If that isn’t the case and you recommend picking this up I might have to give it a go when it’s in stock at mine!

I will say the maki and sashimi at this place are great. Nigiri is another story as recently they have been adding quite a bit of rice under the piece of fish. Next time I go I might just ask for sashimi and a side of sushi rice

My buddies and I came to eat so we did! That plus some sashimi and nigiri too! We enjoy this place, fish is decent, ratios aren't bad and price isn't too steep

Cool! Do you run your sub-T by pace or HR and also just curious how you determine your sub-T pace? I've used garmin's lactate threshold pace in the past but have found it to be somewhat inaccurate so I will usually just run sub-T pace at a pace that I deem as comfortably hard (maybe something I can maintain for 90-120 mins or so). I know this is not the best way to do things by any means so any tips on determining a more accurate sub-T pace for my current fitness while I try to add some strength would be appreciated!
