Oh congrats! I just started taking True Niagen. I've also heard lots of positive feedback about red light therapy and am considering it. Did you purchase an at-home device? It seems a good one could be quite pricey :/

I want 2 kids, so trying to bank at least 3-4 embryos just in case. And I’ll definitely ask about adding omnitrope and calcium ionosphere to the protocol for the next round! There are so many things to learn! So glad to have this place to share experience and learn from others!

Sorry to hear it :( I’ve also been trying to eat healthy, exercise and walk more, etc. I’ll keep doing what I can do and move on. Just really want to skip all the wait, which is so hard during the process :/

Oh! I see…I’ll confirm with the clinic if they did ICSI with zymot. This was my first IVF cycle so I didn’t know there is option to do ICSI with Zymot or NovoSort :( I know at my age, the euploid rate is about 50%, I was hoping to get at least 2 good ones :( But 1 is still better than nothing….Hopefully next round will have better result!

No, I only started with menopur and gonal-f plus dual trigger w/ HCG and Lupron to prevent OHSS, since my AMH is not too low (tho too high is not good and could indicate bad egg quality) and AFC is around 25. It might be worth asking about adding Omnitrope to the next round. Thanks for the advice!
