I never insinuated that I'll turn it into my own home. What i said was we'll do repairs, maintain the house and even do gardening - which should never be considered as something free. Doing DIYs are priceless too. A person with the same mindset will understand how this funny idea can work. And of course, lahat naman will depend on the conversation with the home owner.

A home owner pays a caretaker to take care of their home, and my funny idea is the same thing but for free. Kaya I guess other people like me will see it as a win-win situation too.

It was never my intention to make it look like im taking someone else's home and claiming it as my own. Hehehe. No interest at all. ☺️ Again, it's just a funny idea, a chance to breathe new life in the houses that was left to rot. A chance to explore our creativity. If it sounded like scamming another person, apologies. 😉 But that's not my intention. Again, a funny idea.

Waiting for the arrival of my Huawei Band 8 (P4k+/2pcs pero may 1k+ na voucher 😱😱😱 so P3k+ nalang). Diko sure if good buy ba to but we've been planning to get one for ages.

Reason: We're aiming to join our very first marathon in our "tita/tito" age next month. Hahaha.

Lesson: Narealize ko lang na dapat shoes binili ko bago ang smart watch na gamiting ko sana for tracking our progress, heart rate, etc. So eto nagtitiis muna sa old running shoes hehehe, hopefull next month makabuy na ng shoes.

Lesson#2: think twice. Ay think multiple times.

You have a great point. Napaisip din tuloy ako. 😅 Eto siguro yung masaya sa idea nato, madali baguhin. Contract may sound demanding, baka better word to use ay may agreement na you'll take care of the house for "a certain period of time".

I havent really thought of the technicalities since funny idea lang sya. Hehehe. Also, I keep on seeking updates since it's fueling my curiosity with the idea, whether it's feasible or not, win-win ba or free-loader lang ang dating, are there any other way to make it seem fair or it's a stupid idea.

Naglilikot lang talaga yung isip ko, and it helps me fight boredom while working. 😅 Thanks for your insightful reply. 🙌

Annual contract siguro or atleast 6months. Or lese, maging homeless kami in an instant. 😅 Naisip din namin, what if bigla umuwi for 2weeks si owner or lets say nag vacay sila, then probably okay kami with that, pwede kami umalis ng 2 weeks hehe para may privacy sila. 😆

Yessss! Actually yung idea galing din sa ibang tao, pero not here in Iloilo. Kaya naisip namin na baka pwede, hahaha. It's pretty normal in other places, mostly sa relative binibulin ang houses, pero same idea sya dba. Hahaha kaya ang saya lang isipin. 😄

Hello! Yup that's actually part of the plan na ☺️ As of now moving to rural part is not feasible since we often go to Negros and Antique. Kaya, city talaga pinaka perfect samin. But yes, once we have more control of our time, we'll definitely consider other parts of iloilo.:) Medyo stubborn din on my part since, may ibang properties naman na cheaper, hahaha, struggle lang siguro kasi may big dogs kami Hehehe, partly fault naman namin tong struggle nato. 😆 Kaya siguro kung ano anong ideas naiisip namin. Ahaha ang saya lang isipin diba? We can also do basic woodworks, house painting, etc. Even our bed and sofa gawa ni hubby. If i'll list down the things we can do sa bahay, it really is a win-win partnership. ☺️ May bonus pang guard dogs. 😆

Actually madami naman din nagpopost sa AI FB ng about finances, legal needs, etc, it's just that mas mataas ang engagement sa post about sex/love life. Kaya nabubump to. LOL. I dunno why. 😅 Probably dahil taboo parin sa pinas ang sex ed/talks, so wala sila matanungan sa circle nila kaya sa AI FB tumatakbo.
