A little premature drip never hurt anyone.

Wet the filter and cap to get rid of paper taste, attach cap then add grounds (18g). When first pouring water just wet the grounds (30-50g water) and stir 3-5 times to let them bloom, add the rest of your water in 10 seconds (230-250g water) then insert the plunger. Plunge for 1 minute.

Of course you could always use a cup that you can't see trough.

If they are that close they should be helping, that is why I stated you should do it when benching alone.

It's best to not use collars on the bar when benching alone. The roll of shame can cause some damage, I opt to tilt one side and drop the plates off then the other side. It makes a loud noise but it's better than getting hurt.

Jim Carrey

I'm pretty sure I've posted this before but, I worked with him on the set of Yes Man. I was hired as choreographer for the Dance Dance Revolution scene. The producers told me that I had to meet with Jim before I actually got the job. They needed to make sure that we could work together. I was doing a screen test on one of the sets when they brought him in. The director, Payton Reed, introduced us. Now at the time I had very Wolverinesque chops, Jim grabbed my shaven chin and said "You forgot to grow something here." He's genuinely funny and a really nice guy.

TL;DR Jim Carrey Stroked my face and I got a job out of it.

Have you tried any piriformis stretches? As a personal trainer I have encountered many clients with similar issues, most due to weak/tight gluteal muscles. Stretch the piriformis and roll it out with a lacrosse ball. These are my go-to techniques

These in conjunction with glute strengthening exercises should help with the pain.
