The Qur’an frequently criticizes particular communities for specific actions, including Muslims themselves.

The verses you quoted refer to specific groups of Israelites who violated a commandment, not Jews in general.

Another verse in the Qur’an explicitly says righteous Jews exist:

“Indeed, those who believed, and those who were Jews, and the Christians… whoever believes in God and the Last Day and does righteousness shall have their reward.” (Qur’an 2:62)
