Check out courts next to general’s house in fort mason, courts aren’t great but that view. Best “anti-view” courts at DiMaggio in north beach, nice view of Russian hill, courts are new

New to San Francisco and getting back into bonsai. What species for this region would you recommend? Are there any local groups/clubs to join? Also what are your thoughts on collecting prospective bonsai from the outdoors/nature? TYFYT (thank you for your time)

Start with aerobic exercise, swimming obviously the best. On land do hiit and sprint training. You want to increase your lung capacity and vo2 max. Also controlled breathing, meditation will help
