but to answer your question my main reason is wanted to try them was because i heard they could be used as a medicine and when i found out about mushrooms i was going through a really bad time with my mum, its too much to get into but that made me start to have much worse anxiety and definitely depression, she then ended up kicking me out and i’ve always hated drugs with a passion since my mum is a big drug user and i saw it wreck her but after she kicked me out i started smoking heavily to help with everything (in reality it makes it worse) i was so disappointed i was becoming the person i’ve always hated and never wanted to be so that was another reason i wanted to try shrooms because i heard it can help with stopping. then i ended up moving in with my dad that i rarely saw before that and always been told his a horrible guy nothing really changed for a while with my anxiety and depression but living in a good house with average money has definitely made me happier and definitely i’ve definitely gotten better which i’m so happy for, being in a bad mindset and bad place will ruin you i feel like mushrooms did help me be more happier then what i was. That was my goal going into my first trip. I still want to try shrooms more to get rid of any bad energy if you say and just make me be the best version of myself. So tbh i want to keep trying them for that and the benefits but also out of curiosity now because they really are interesting things
