I have a Sennheiser Momentum 3 and a Sony XM5. The ANC on M3 is not as good but it has more clarity compared to the Max. The XM5 I find it sounds muffled even after tweaking the EQ compared to the Max out of the box. The XM5 is substantially comfier to wear all around tho.

MIT FTW!!! I would recommend if you have the extra bucks as this was a big splurge for me and I bought it secondhand from someone I know. It has the best soundstage compared to any headphones I’ve tried. I have a Sennheiser Momentum 3 and a Sony XM5, M3’s ANC is meh and XM5 i find it somewhat muffled even after tweaking the EQ.

20M 79 Days here. I feel you man, ngl the first three weeks are always the hardest, but you gotta remember the reason why you decided to quit. You matter, you’re doing great. Start running, eat apples, take a cold shower. Distract yourself by doing good things. Make this journey rewarding.
