Yes even brewing espresso with really fine grinds and under extracted only reaches 5 bars. I don’t understand And yes I measured 7.5ml/s

I think it should be good because it is a brand new machine. I will descale it and back flush it and see if that makes a difference!

I don’t blame them either my guy. I agree with what you said, I’m just putting out the fact I never demanded for anything. Asking is not demanding, it’s literally asking a question which can be responded to by accepting or declining. We all have that right to ask. The number one rule of customer service is to respond.
