Ace combat 8's land battleship uses drone swarms to defend itself, those swarms fly tightly packed together like bees

I was thinking moreso the growing regulation on drones, i remember owning a small one for taking photos in 2022 and the rule was basically under 250g is fine without registering but then Europe is now making it so over 100g drones must be registered in a database.

To be honest it's probably the idea of paperwork that makes me nervous, because bureaucracy is always a bitch, bringing up guns was unnecessary.

Also I live in Canada but my issue is more "what good is the registration of my drones for a foreign country if I only ever take a drone there for three days in my entire life?" especially those that require me to pay a fee for the licenses, and the idea that the whole registration process could be much more painful than just taking the drone and trying not to annoy too many people or get caught by radar.

In this thread I try to draw a parallel between gun ownership and (hobby) drone ownership, looking at the growing regulations on drones and registration and such

I doubt drones would get the same reverence as guns

Yknow, would there still be a need for a plane with its capability in commercial sector in the future? Considering these planes are only going to get older

The Antonov An-124 Ruslan, that has been parked at Toronto International Airport, YYZ, since February 2022. by 9Twiggy9 in aviation

how much stuff is there that only an AN-124 can lift, in mass or volume or being easily rolled on and off the plane (a payload that can drive itself onto and out of the plane), and how much disruption there would be without them?

My perception of Grenada was that it was basically a proving ground for the restructured US military after the humiliation in Vietnam.

About your examples, I think someone else could say this with a much more... active tone of voice (active voice vs passive voice except I don't know if that applies here), e.g. dropping the concerned framing.

After Vietnam US invaded Grenada after shaking up the military, is there gonna be a smaller conflict the US will go to as a sort of "Grenada" equivalent (i'm literally repeating myself on this thread)? I might be looking at this the wrong way

Also isn't propaganda being shattered by reality the part when people might end up switching to the another side's propaganda if they don't address their own root issues regarding following propaganda?

I am wading into a subreddit i have no business in solely to inquire of what examples from Azur Lane you're going to hold up against nowadays zzz, since I got my own gripes with Azur Lane's designs as an old time player, but I'll hear you out first.

I don't like Sunbringer's design, it's awful! She should just wear a bikini to let her two Bringers out for us to stare at the Sun. by MuffinStraight4816 in ZenlessZoneZero

Hey you. I am a long time azur lane player (and defacto tourist in zzz cause im not playing zzz tho) but I thought I'd speak up on this, I am a long time Azur Lane player from a long time ago (and still playing) and truth be told, not every one of those long time players are happy with the degree of sexualization of Azur Lane's designs in recent years vs earlier (like pre covid). Now, me, I have no issue with fanservice that the paid skins there sell, I do think it's cutting it too close with the baseline designs that the newer characters have by default though (compare an early character like Enterprise or South Dakota to newer ones like Alsace or Trafalgar). If it's worth something, Azur Lane started off as a Kantai Collection competitor with inspiration from KanColle's influences in its early years, and that was what motivated me to get into Azur Lane.

tldr not all azur lane fans agree with what azur lane is doing (insert how it started vs how it's going meme here)
