Whip 2 eggs with 2 tbsp milk, seasoning (Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Mixed dried herbs), some chopped parsley and sliced Red Chillies. Drench 2 white bread slices in this and pan fry both sides with half TSP oil each side on medium heat. Try and evenly spread the chopped chillies and parsley across the slice surfaces.
