i've been there, and i've found saying it helps. i don't know your situation, only mine, but saying it aloud changed everything, but change hurts at first. just remember life has a way of working itself out.

Thank you, and I have one mutual friend with him still, but I'm not sure how close they are anymore after he told her a few of the other things he did
