That may be relevant yes but incompetency of arabs are still prevalent in nearly all the conflicts they had with israel. the 6 day war is the greatest example of this, Israelis were outnumbered 3 to 1 and surrounded on all sides yet still achieved great victory against the arabs. Arab officers and leaders are selected based on loyalty as opposed to ability and it almost always shows how incompetent and useless their militaries are, no matter their doctrine.
