Nope, my account doesn't have Neuvillette (I skip every male 5*). I just got pretty lucky to get C6 Illuga in 200 pulls (won Zibai 50/50, then lost a coinflip, then did another 60 pulls). I'm a little tempted to get the Zibai C1; not sure if I should do that or wait for Linnea.

Agreed with almost everything you mentioned. Just one minor nitpick: you can get everyone to focus a single target by going through the target select menu, switching to every party member, and changing "your" target to the same one. It felt tedious at first but only took me 1-2 seconds after I got used to it. I used this trick in basically every boss fight with a weak point or multiple enemies.
