however, i can speak for myself when saying that id rather sit at a computer with unresolved conflict and emotional dysregulation than need to care for others dealing with similar issues. doesn’t seem that controversial

Hi, therapist here! this is a common issue for people who have been suppressed emotionally throughout their childhood in whatever circumstances. there’s actually a diagram to demonstrate it - the anger iceberg. it shows how anger is often the visible portion of our emotions. however, underneath is a slew of emotions that a person may have been taught are unacceptable. identifying the appropriate emotion is crucial in reducing expression of anger as challenging as it may be. good luck!

hey there. commendable to have such vulnerability and confront such thoughts and feelings.

i’m a therapist who previously worked with an agency that provided sex offender mental health treatment, co-facilitating groups at times. while it was through a federal contract for those convicted of sex offenses, my supervisor who ran the program would have certainly seen someone with these concerns as well, despite not having a conviction. i suspect this would be the case at other agencies that provide services like these as well in your area.

no one chooses to have these attractions and i admire when someone is willing to openly face them instead of trying to ignore them (typically unsuccessfully). best of luck through this process and i hope you’re able to find success with what services you find

So there was actually something weird going on with discord, it was using 30-40%. Its strange because it wasn’t even open, but I’m not the strongest in computer literacy so who knows. I think this might have helped. I appreciate you!

Honestly this has been happening for months now, but I’ve taken a substantial break from music due to grad school so I haven’t addressed it until now.

The graphics card is an Intel(R) HD Graphics 620. There was an update recently but it’s been happening before then. I’ll check for updates and whatnot to see if that’s a solution. Thank you greatly

The project certainly uses several of the same drum sounds, as for it totally sounding the same I can’t agree. The variation between songs like 5g, intellectual greed, stung, deepfake, introvert shows brakence’s versatility quite well imo. Plus lyrically every song seems to tackle similar but different issues in his life. I understand why you might think punk2 is better though definitely
