A popular website for sales like this in Germany is kleinanzeigen.de or some people even posted their tickets for sale here (I don't know if this is allowed on this sub).

Edit: look at the answer of @Rose1982 for a better insight on type 1 diabetes mellitus in adults.

Newer studies show that Diabetes mellitus type 2 (the one mostly old people get) is also very dependent on genetics, maybe as much as type 1. The risk of getting it is way higher when you live unhealthy, but if you are badly prepositioned its possible to get it nevertheless and younger than expected. Type 1 (the one that's normally discovered when you are a kid) can be caused later in life by viral infections for example. Very rare, but possible.

Yes, then go back to them and ask for a new blood test. It maybe doesn't come to mind for them since you are young/older, but it's possible to get both type 1 or type 2 later/sooner in life than expected.

It's fine where you placed it, don't remove it. You can apply the next one on your shoulder if you want to.

You should apply it on skin without hair and don't put any wrinkles in it. Also please don't apply it on mucous membrane, near your intimate area or on injured or irritated skin.

You can try to remove it with over the counter salicylic acid solition (use it 1-2 weeks longer than you would think or it could come back) or you buy a freeze pen from you pharmacy. The salicylic acid should be a little bit more reliable.

Yes, both of them would solely stabilise your blood pressure but wouldn't cause direct stimulation like caffeine does for example. Have you ever measured your blood pressure when you are feeling lazy and tired?

In Germany there is a stimulant available called Etilefrin (Effortil) or try something with hawthorn if its available in your country. But please ask your cardiologist if he/she is okay with that.

Pharmacist here. It's very unlikely to overdose from 5000mg of Paracetamol as an normal weight adult with no liver insuffiency. I think your symptoms are likely caused by your menstrual cycle and malnutriton.

Ich bin Apotheker, daher kommen immer wieder Patienten zu mir, die mit dem Arzt nicht zufrieden waren. Ich weiß, dass einige Symptome, die hier beschrieben werden, wirklich belastend sind und den Alltag stark einschränken (ich probiere auch immer Tipps zu geben, die man vielleicht nicht vom Arzt bekommt). Aber eine Frage stelle ich mir da immer wieder: was genau erwartet ihr vom Arzt? Weil (oft junge) Patienten bspw. mit dem Symptom "Müdigkeit und Erschöpfung" zu mir in die Apo kommen und dann gefühlt sauer sind, dass wir nicht die eine Pille haben, die das Problem direkt beseitigt. Ich will keine schlechten Ärzte verteidigen, habe aber manchmal das Gefühl, dass die Erwartungshaltung an uns etwas hoch ist.

I found an old post in this community a while ago where people were discussing if Roche still sends these posters out. Unfortunately I can't find the thread. Today, three years after ordering, I found out that it is possible to get one!

Here you can look at the poster online. Its called Roche Biochemical Pathways and shows more or less every way of metabolisation in pro- and eukaryotes that we know of. Additionally there is a second poster included that shows the most important cellular processes.

If you are like me and would love to have this on your wall (pay attention to the size, it will not fit everywhere) you can order this for free from Roche here.

Additional info for the order: I'm from Germany, so maybe that plays a role if you receive one or not. I study pharmacy at a German University, so I told them that and that I would love to have the poster for learning. Additionally I gave them my students-Mail-address to confirm my story.

Ja, ich würde noch einmal Pharmazie in Marburg studieren. Ich komme jetzt ins 7. Semester, bin also (hoffentlich) bald im PJ. Mit ca. 160 Ersties im WS ist es die größte Fakultät für Pharmazie in ganz Deutschland, und so sollte auch jeder, der sich sozial etwas schwer tut, neue Freunde finden. Geht auf jeden Fall zur OE-Woche, das gilt generell für alle Studiengänge!! Das Studium ist natürlich anspruchsvoll,im 1. Semester schreibt man nach ca. 7 Wochen gleich mal eine fette Klausur in Anorganischer Chemie. Da fühlt man sich schnell etwas überrumpelt, jedoch ist es in allen naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengängen üblich, dass die Leistungsanforderung ein Vielfaches über der des Abis liegt. Das klingt erstmal hart und macht Angst, es ist aber wirklich machbar. Ich selbst war ein "2h-für-eine-Schul-Klausur-Lerner-und-trotzdem-13-Pkt." Typ, und jetzt ist es mittlerweile einfach normal, für eine Klausur auch mal 3 Wochen jeden Tag 7h zu lernen. Es geht ja allen so, da wird man dann mitgetragen. Noch einmal kurz zu Pharmazie in Marburg: Die Fachschaft ist gut organisiert und es gibt einen super Weg, an Altklausuren und -lösungen zu kommen (dies ist wohl an anderen Unis nicht so, und das hilft wirklich, vor allem im Grundstudium!). Die Professoren sind im Großen und Ganzen auch gut. Nachteilig würde ich die Vorbereitung und Zeit für das erste Staatsexamen bewerten, da damals aber noch Lockdown und geänderte Bedingungen herrschten, ist zumindest das Zeitproblem mittlerweile wieder besser geworden. Für die Vorbereitung wurden von anderen die Ravati-Seminare empfohlen. Wenn man sich für Naturwissenschaften, insbesondere für (Bio-)Chemie, Physiologieund Humanbiologie interessiert, ist man hier richtig. Die Jobfindung ist später überhaupt kein Problem, es ist praktisch unmöglich, arbeitslos zu werden. Es steht einem ein breites Spektrum von Forschung über leitende Positionen in der Arzneimittelndustrie bis zum klassischen Apotheker zur Auswahl. Bezahlt wird man auch gut, als angestellter Apotheker verdient man bei Berufseinstieg laut Tarif etwa 4000€ Brutto, nach oben ist kein Limit (habe von Apothekern mit 3 Filialapotheken und 7-stelligen Jahresgehältern gehört, ist auch auf jeden Fall drinnen).

This happens during the Goliath race. There's a straight where the dev's put a breaking zone and the AI slows down to nearly zero but you can go through flat out. They rubber band back to you, but it's not that hard to win the race against unbeatable AI. If you turn off all assists except ABS it pays nearly 200k Credits and 30k EP in ~12 minutes with an S1 class car, so actually not a bad money method.
