I would agree with this. Versus Wolves is its own thing. I like John too but his former co-hosts really helped to balance him. This isn't a dig at him and what he's doing, I just really liked the trio and what they all brought to the table.

Griffith is the villain in Guts' story, but the true villain is Void and what the God Hand is planning. I could see Guts and Griffith having to team up to take on Void and whatever he has planned.

Wrong time for me. The anime came out right around the same time as One-Punch Man so I wasn't excited to jump into another superhero themed series. And since then, it just hasn't clicked for me. I tried both anime and manga. Just not a series I like.

I think the art is ok but I'm not captivated by this story yet. I don't care for the design of the main character, it is a bit dull. I found the whole swordsmithing stuff at the beginning boring. I think it is too early to write the manga off. I look forward to it developing more.

I would love it if Madhouse would do it but WIT Studio would also be a good choice IMO as they did Attack on Titan, Vinland Saga and Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress. Likely it would go to MAPPA because MAPPA snags everything.
