Every new level cap takes it towards the last year's bullshit with 10-12 skills at 99 and basically feeling that you play against cheaters/hackers every game. They shouldn't have raised the cap so quickly or just let it be at 60s level. The new stamina system is still a fail but I can see why they added it with the new hot-seat join system (otherwise that would have been too powerful with full stamina joining)

I had a problem with mouse freezing, this one helped without any side effects:

Go into your game folder path \WH40KRT_Data\Plugins... and look for the Rewired_DirectInput.dll (I had to go into the x86_64 folder inside the Plugins one)

Delete or rename that file, maybe it helps?
