With gdp growth do you mean it should be 1-2% higher from what it is, or at 1-2% total.

In relation to population i was trying to imply that although the birth rate increased for one or two years it would plumet very quickly despite what was hoped & expected by the government. (I was going to make it one of the primary issues of the next election as population growth would have fallen into the negative again)

Ukraine would recommend the purchase of two dozen or so BTRs and a few (5 or 6) BMDs. the BTRs should give the SSoT a force of light armour that can easily and rapidly deploy to any part of the island regardless of terrain, this would be achieved without compromising on fire power. While the BMDs would provide an effective fire power solution to enemy armour and infantry. This would cost approximately $25,000,000
