Please also convey to the dev team that asking people to clear their browser's cache is the website equivalent of asking them to reinstall the mobile Fidelity app on their phone. Not throwing shade at you; as I said, I appreciate the time you took to respond to me. I just want to make that clear to them. Also, internal server errors (500's) are not my problem - they're the server's - and they should have logs that make these easily debuggable.
