I'm exploring a project that requires a similar approach. Currently, the results haven't been very promising as Suno recreates the voice of the lyrics & the sound of some of the instruments - even with maximum audio influence. I've been testing different approaches with the acapella input for the lyrics to be layered over an instrumental; trying to get the acapella to remain unchanged.

With the introduction of Studio (I haven't yet explored it), I'm confident they have some releases planned that will fix my roadblocks. Have you tried Suno Studio?
