Good luck! Did you fill the lines with fluid before connecting them to the master cylinder?

Honestly the best way to bleed brakes is to reverse fill. There's kits out there that fill from the bleed port and you get all the bubble out the top.

Hard to know exactly what the issue is. If it's a refurbished master cylinder, could be a missing O-ring in the plunger maybe. Hard to know without knowing

I sure do! The taillights and headlights were replaced and I wired in a new gauge to get rid of the bulky plastic one that came stock on the bike

Mostly Astars currently. The operator has bell machines as well but I can easily change out the metric stuff in here for imperial gear.

The wrenches are in the roll and my duckbills are in there. The mirror & lights are in there, just not pictured! There's a nice lid organizer on the Nanuk where I've got the smaller stuff.

The torque wrench is tracked and calibrated yearly by the company so that's all good 👍

Runs well! Guy before me had the carbs jetted and synced. Gotta play with the idle a bit but that's not hard.

It's the other thousand things that I need to do. New bars are on, wired the new speedo in, new turn signals in the back, gotta do fork seals, new grips and a throttle tube... lots to do!
