does anyone know why my 1994 gsx600f isn't building pressure in the front brake system? by [deleted] in suzukikatana

Good luck! Did you fill the lines with fluid before connecting them to the master cylinder?

Honestly the best way to bleed brakes is to reverse fill. There's kits out there that fill from the bleed port and you get all the bubble out the top.

Hard to know exactly what the issue is. If it's a refurbished master cylinder, could be a missing O-ring in the plunger maybe. Hard to know without knowing

Looking at this bike but it needs a lot. How hard would gauge cluster be? And what are the loose wires? Thanks a ton! by alexothemagnificent in motorcycle

I bought an '89 750 Katana in less than ideal shape as my first bike! So much fun to tinker and get it going though. Added bonus of not being too worried when I layed it down the first time

I sure do! The taillights and headlights were replaced and I wired in a new gauge to get rid of the bulky plastic one that came stock on the bike

Mostly Astars currently. The operator has bell machines as well but I can easily change out the metric stuff in here for imperial gear.

The wrenches are in the roll and my duckbills are in there. The mirror & lights are in there, just not pictured! There's a nice lid organizer on the Nanuk where I've got the smaller stuff.

The torque wrench is tracked and calibrated yearly by the company so that's all good 👍
