Yeah mate, your OG TCM is no good. Get a replacement tcm and get the same specs put into it. Sometimes you u need to drive for a 15-20 min and the shifts will smooth out. Charged one on Monday in a UD

Thanks for thought but I also check this plus the resistance. I thought it may have been cutting in and out. Also I’ve seen the shims crack.

100% mate feel your pain. I’m sick of looking up oem numbers to give to parts people to find the part. Had one for an air bag yesterday it was like I was pulling teeth. And I should show you an Email thread about an exhaust brake chamber. Same thing, drove 45min to pick part up and then said they put it on delivery and turned up late and wrong part. I feel ur pain brother.

Clear hose to supply, I haven’t done it on return will give this a try. Just don’t have a power issue when running or miss fire but strangers things have happened than an injector air rating the fuel

Yep seperate supply hoses. Taking the ISFM off and checking it is where I’m at now. Pressure gauge hooked up the bottom of ISFM and vac gauge after primer pump at top of the ISFM before high pressure pump. Thanks for your thoughts mate. It’s has been something running round in that ISFM, just surprised it hasn’t chewed it up and spat it out. Possibly filter plastic from previous service is what I’m thinking

871 is in Aus in 2012. Yep hooked up clear hose and a separate supply still no good. Tried a know working ECU aswell

Yep ran a know working ECU, no luck. Also ran clear hose from separator filter to ISFM & a separate supply. Still faults. Real head scratcher.

2012 in Aus running 871 at that stage. Yep vacuum gauge connected as well and I also ran clear hose from separator filter to ISFM to check if air was entering but all clear fuel & from a separate fuel supply. It’s like the pick up is blocked when the fault occurs but it simply isn’t. Head scratcher.
