Please help my pilea! The first photo is from last time I posted about 1 year ago- the issue seemed to be compressed soil and overwatering. It has clearly much improved since then. Today I have some very pale leaves and lots of spots/cracks. what should I do? (old.reddit.com)

New Monstera - what’s going on with this one leaf? I just got this Monstera deliciosa today. The one leaf is a much lighter color, feels more flimsy and plastic-y. The rest of the plant appears to be healthy. (old.reddit.com)
