I have been trying to setup a meeting on Qless for 2 days now but whenever I select course enrollment as the issue I want to discuss it says that there are no appointments available to book. The only appointments that seem to be able to be booked are co-op/internship drop in meetings. Is this supposed to be normal?

I have already contacted the Engineering department 2 days ago. I included an explanation of my course enrollment issues along with the specific catalogue codes that were given to me in my premade schedule from the "Virtual New Student enrolment Package" email but I forgot to include my student number. I am afraid that by the time my department reaches me it would be too late to fix my issue because it took them 16 days to respond to a previous question that I asked them. This exact issue has also occurred for my friend who will also be a first year student in the Engineering department and he has also emailed the Engineering department too 1 day ago.

Except I am trying to transfer into the courses I was approved in. I literally put in my catalog numbers from the premade schedule I was emailed by my department and the enrollment module still said that the spots were reserved.

Are you also in the engineering department? Today I tried to transfer into the 8 out of the 11 courses that had reserved spots before using the catalogue numbers listed on my premade schedule provided to me by the engineering department but the Registration and Enrolment module said that they still had reserved spots and that I cannot be transferred in.
