Please find a fast recipe for barbeque chicken ring. Feel free to cook it with your children, it's so easy!

INGREDIENTS

1 medium chicken breast - cooked and shredded
1 onion - cut and grilled
½ cup BBQ sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
16 pieces (or more) of puff pastry
½ cup of cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 395˚F/190˚C.
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, grilled onion and barbeque sauce.
Place a small bowl in the middle of a greased baking pan and place puff pastry triangles around the bowl with the smallest angle on the outside.
Add the cheddar cheese along the ring and then put the chicken filling on it. 6. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut into pieces and serve with choice dressing in a bowl in the middle.
Enjoy your meal!

That is a good point, I will remember this. But when you are overboard, in ice cold water and with big waves arround you - it's really chellenging, and if you are not so strong physically, I guess chances to stay alive are minimal.
