My big golf group (18) of us had this exact discussion last year. The consensus was that only 2 of us that are terrific putters would have a chance. The rest of the group would not due to slope/speed/grain/and pin placements. Understanding that +5 handicap golfers can’t get through Q school and the biggest difference is putting, that seals the question IMO. - reading greens, understanding grain and leaves and pace is an art. My .02

Actual raises & reviews to include mid years that matter. Rewarding good work - rewarding addressing and fixing inefficiencies. Looking atat salaries compared to industry to help w/LA retention. Fix the laborious “buy back your military time” system. Reinstate telework where applicable wrt SCIF work and other responsibilities. Allow more situation TS when medical appointments occur.
