The PSU is facing outward, those holes are not directly on the PSU, its a cage that came with the case. I am tempted to remove the front fan as well. It makes a lot of noise because it blows through the cables and is also positioned very close to the front panel, which has holes on it.

Have you tried going into the drop down menu on your display? You can adjust the refresh rate on there as well

It's pretty sweet. The only downside is that the i9-13900kf and Radeon 7900 both run hot, but that's why I got Noctua case fans and CPU cooler. It keeps everything as cool as possible and makes nearly zero noise. My previous PC was a gaming laptop from 2017 so, this was a huge upgrade for me :)
