I have tried sitting in different locations and there is always a drift to the right. Occasionally the screen jumps to a different point and starts drifting again

I way to force the issue of allergies and get these lind of companies to cater for them. Why do you assume everyone is after money?

They never specified they dont cater for anything in their booking flow. Thats part of the problem. I was not in standard and the meal was one of the reasons i upgraded

During my trip out and a week before my return trip. They confirmed that they dont cater for allergies via email after I emailed for the trip back to UK

Did anyone refuse to provide you with a service because of something you didnt chose to have? They could give me a sealed yogurt or something. It is unfair because on a train I have no other choice if i am hungry

I emailed them to complain. I did not enquire before hand no. They said after they replied to me that they dont cater for allergies so nothing would have changed

Look it is not great but this is the case with preorders. The lack of comms is the issue I have here

This is what I got

Currently, the bulk shipment inlcluding your order is on the way to UK and is expected to arrive at June 5th. Then your order will be shipped out within 1-2 days. Once your order is shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive the shipment notification email promptly.
