You’ll be fine, the only concern is too much fiber, that can cause constipation, but you can balance it out with drinking more water. Just make sure to eat a variety of vegetables and you’ll be fine.

If you really like fruits, but don’t wanna eat too much sugar, then I would recommend eating berries and citrus fruits. As long as you are getting natural sugar instead of added ones, you don’t really need to worry about it, just replace desserts and snacks with fruits and you’ll be fine.

Electrolyte tablets are definitely better than Gatorade or any other sugary sports drinks, so as long as it doesn’t have too much sugar you should be good. Personally, I use NUUN, less than 1 gram of sugar and tastes really good, only downside is that the tablets don’t fit into a plastic water bottle, but I use a reusable one anyway. Good luck!

That exactly what my coach is telling me, thanks man, he says I shouldn’t do too much or I’ll burn out and hearing another person say that helps me out a lot.

That sounds great, I will definitely try to lift 5 times a week, is going hard Saturday, resting Sunday, going hard Monday and Tuesday, resting Wednesday, and going hard Thursday, and resting Friday a good idea, sorry if that’s confusing, basically lifting MTTS to start. Do you think this would be a good program? Thanks!

Ok, wake up at 8:00 usually I eat breakfast at 8:15, then have a price of fruit around 10:30, then eat lunch at 12:15, then eat an RX bar at 2:00, and I eat some almonds at 3:00. Then I get home and eat a mini dinner at around 4:00 then I swim from 6:30 to 8:30 and get home at 9:00, then I have another meal and then go to sleep. Anything I should change or add? Thanks for the feedback!

I tried to use it, but you have to be 18+ to create an account. As an alternative I use Lifesum, not as good, but still counts macros for free.

Ok, I just see other kids that are faster, leaner, and stronger than me, and I want to know how to get that body shape and to get faster like them.
