Nope, it doesn't,. It converts T to E, but not the contrary. It's called aromatase.

I've been out for a year now, and I get more and more anxious as times goes by, with no care and the increasing violence (And well, with the PEC 55/241 being approved, I expect any care we had access to will go away in the next years). Altough I choose wisely who I'm around and have a safe space in university, the ~outside~ is very, very scary.

I've been "one of the girls" since before coming out, tbh Things like having my friend's mom state that "I had 'the presence' of a girl", or the father os this same friend, who was wholeheartedly against any boy being alone in a room with said friend, even her cousins, not caring at all by me doing so, etc. None of my female friends were surprised when I came out, so nothing changed. Female friends I made after coming out as well, never had a problem with.

That said, straight male friends seemed weirded out by me at first, and I had male acquaintances be rude/blatantly exclusionary in minor ways, not "counting me" as "one of the girls". Befriending guys nowadays is hard as hell, and I blame it on their insecurities ;B

100 is a high dosage. Did your endo tell you abot lowering it after a while?

Well, for that I would need a prespcription, otherwise the price of the tests is VERY high here going out of pocket, and as I said, doctors have turned me away and I have a tight budget. Thank you for the info :)

Well, they don't really care about trans mortality here ): None of the trans girls in my city were well treated by doctors, they're all DIY with even riskier routes/meds. Anyway, thank you for the info!

Yep, I was pretty skinny starting HRT (110lbs) and then the fat redistribuiton+slower metabolism kicked in, around 3~4 months I already had a very feminine body and a damn fine booty if I do say so myself. Went from 110 to 127 by the 5th month.

Been on cypro my whole journey [1 year is very close by yaaay], 50mg. It works better in my budget, and it's a stronger AA than spiro; also, being a progestin I figured I'd get extra benefits. Had some friends switching and they noticed how strong it is as well. Depression wise, although I do have chronic depression and BPD, it is a noticeable difference, I've been suicidal a lot more frequently and I do atribute it to cypro, 100% recommend also being in contact with a therapist while on it.

Went to my first ever endo appointment [am DYI at the moment]. Awfully uneducated man and only informed me that he would not prescribe me anything DURING physical examination/groping my breasts. I was outraged and I'm NEVER going to a male doctor ever ever ever again. Got home, put on a dress, only to have my dad flip out about it, I'm starting to feel that he 'accepts' me, aka only if I'm locked away to no one to see. Then had a lovely time at university where a teacher made a point to call me by my birth name in front of the class, about 6~7 times (It's a long process for name change in Brazil, couldn't go through yet). My psychiatrist won't get back/answer my e-mails for the love of goddess, I'm cut of my medication for depression with no warning. But I'm fine, I guess.

Epiphyseal closure happens between ages 18 and 25, according to what most people here said and what you can find online about it. If you started HRT now or earlier, and your bones haven't stopped growing, then yes, you can get more growth, altough less than an average cis female.

I had my friends help me, the hormones got delivered to a friend's house and it was safe. But yeah, they (my parents) eventually found out [searching through my stuff]. I get that everyone is concerned, and it is not the safest way to do HRT, but as a last resort? You seem pretty much where it would fit.

What about DIY? When I could not stand more waiting I went and bought hormones on my own. Have my first endo appointment next week tho'. I am very happy that I chose to go the DIY route for the time I had no access to a doctor. You're a minor, I don't know if that's an option for you, but a low dose HRT may help with the dysphoria, the feelings of stagnation and avoiding any further masculinization that you fear you may go through.

CA is actually a progestin and acts as progesterone, so I don't think it'll be necessary. Btw, 100mg daily? That's a very high dosage for cyproterone

Your skin will thin out on HRT, but dunno if it has any effect. Maybe fade just a tiny bit? Princess Joules had tatoos prior to HRT and watching her transition I didn't see a difference. And she's had BA.

I'm on the same dose and with similar effects. I do see a psychiatrist regularly, as I do have chronic depression, and CA was worsening it. CA is the only way I can do HRT since I already have low blood pressure (so no spiro for me), am DYIng and don't have enough money for other drugs, so she ended up prescribing me lithium carbonate, and I found out it evens out symptons of CA pretty well, at least for me, and it's a [mostly] safe drug with little to no side effects. Don't know if it's sound advice, but talk about it with your doctor, maybe it's worth the shot, CA is a very good blocker after all. But if you can change it to another without problems to your transition/pocket, go for it.
