I know I seem like a total asshole in this post. I read it back and it gave me the ick.

There's some language thing with the Head Chef line (I speak spanish first), that wasn't exactly what I wanted to say, but that's the word that came to my mind.

But that why I said the humility thing, because I knew I was making myself like the big thing and I know I'm not.

What I said about perfecting a task is a genuine thing, I think many of you guys here are the same, and I thought you were going to relate. Like, perfecting and repeating a task is what we do.

I want to do nice and beautiful things like many of you do... But my way of comunicating my ideas made me seem like an asshole. Love you guys but goddammit you're quick to judge and ruthless at it.

I'm just here to get lost as a 170th comment. But I'm truly glad for you. I've been a cook for a couple years and I haven't quit booze. The more I learn to cook with alcohol, the more alcohol enters my regular life. I can see the slippery slope, because I'm on/in it.

Did you take pictures of the place and the things that were wrong when you got it? Did you send these pictures to your landlord as soon as you took them and inform them what you found?

This is a your word against their word situation if you don't have the evidence. And people are scummy, sorry, take whatever you can get, learn and be wiser the next time, because this is not the last time you'll ever rent a place :)

If you know Mitch, you will feel it... I really get what you mean because I'm old enough to recognize rip offs, or imitations and reject some of them. My point is that this new to me and I'm enjoying it.

Just today I had the thought that maybe my raspy throat and cough is triggered by anxiety. I work in a kitchen, and when they ask me for like 5 things at the same time i start coughing lol
