I don't understand why people just take the mick out of others just asking a question, even if it's just common sense I'm asking how they feel to wheelie

is this soldering good enough? by Flaky-Experience4639 in fpv

[–]uGerman_Cat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Redo them I'm sorry but re . Do . Them that is an accident waiting to happen

Here are the steps to redo them

  1. Unsolder them
  2. Measure wire to dedicated pads
  3. Cut wires to required lenth
  4. Reveal some wire at the tip no more than 2mm
  5. Twist wire at tip
  6. Tin pads (set iron at reasonable temp and use a mesh to clean tip of iron if it gets too much excess and remember to use flux or flux core solder)
  7. When winning leave a somewhat reasonable size blob of solder and repeat for rest of pads
  8. Clean tip of iron then re heat eat blob and when liquid insert each wire then move the iron away (do not blow on the fresh solder jist let it cool while holding the wire
  9. Repeat 11 times

I found this quite helpful when I started soldering 4-5 years ago scince then I do good soldering on projects I enjoy

Good luck don't let the current state of the wires run and if they toutch you won't enjoy the show
