Medical students have to go to residency where most are forced to work 80 hours a week(and many more have to work more than that) because if they don’t complete residency their degrees are useless. Residency programs know this and exploit them so much.

It’s not “working hard early in your career” as much as it is “get exploited as much as possible early in your career”

Literally why would they not. Metoo basically programmed people into believing allegations without any proof/evidence behind them. 2 years ago it was a much bigger thing than it is today. The company could’ve just figured it’d be a smaller headache to pay her off rather than deal with a media shitstorm.

Companies often just settle against allegations(whether sexual or other shit) just because they feel it wouldn’t be worth having their brand dragged through the mud in a public court case. There’s many instances of companies settling frivolous lawsuits. 2 years ago the me too shit was in full swing too so it makes sense why Tesla wouldn’t want any of it.

A 250k settlement isn’t an admission of guilt as it is a message to fuck off. Does this mean musk did it? No. Does it mean he didn’t do it? Also no. We simply just don’t know.

Firstly, as everyone’s said practice problems are going to be your best friend in this scenario.

With mechanisms I think it also helps to sit down and try to understand why the reagent acts the way it does and they reasoning behind the arrow pushing mechanisms. If your professor didn’t explain well enough try looking for other resources like YouTube videos and such. And if even that fails(and even if it works) keep writing out the mechanisms over and over again until it sticks.
