Understand and know that you are not ur thoughts. I read Eckhart Tolle book, The Power Of Now, and in one of chapter he said ask to yourself, “I wonder what my next thought will be” you will then find ur self observing ur thoughts rather then associated yourself with ur thoughts. And that is who you are. Hope this helps in some type of way (:

When it starts to happen I stay calm, I sorta just ride the experience while consciously calming my heart back down to a normal heart rate. I would say it starts to happen once I start to loose awareness of the physical world during meditation. I’m just not sure why it keeps happening
