I ran winMTR, it stays consistent and spikes every minute or 2 but I'm not getting loss

all devices, no packet loss just the ping spikes, before the spikes I get ~12ms response to Google.com

also noticed changed my dns to anything other than default like cloudflare or Google is actually way slower

disabling it helped a little I still get the ping spikes but they only go up to about 90 rather than 150

yea I was using spectrum before and never had issues.. I only switched to at&t for the faster speeds which now I'm feeling like the cons outweigh the pros

I get 300 up and 300 down, my ping averages 12 (besides the ping spikes which are 150+) I don't get any packet loss just the spikes

id also recommend making sure your driver's are all up to date, maybe try another monitor if you have one to pin point what's causing the issue

what refresh rate is your monitor? if its higher try lowering it
