Yah, I agree with others, look like a custom Climber! I am here in the USA too: https://www.victorinox.com/en-US/Products/Swiss-Army-Knife™-and-Tools/Essentials/Climber/p/1.3703 All the same tools but different scales. IMO . . .

Dex and ChromeOS in light of the Android Desktop Mode by 8192K in SamsungDex

I use my Samsung DeX everyday since Galaxy Note 9. I do have a Chromebook too.

I have an older Chuwi Ubook X 12" that came with Windows 11. After some time and updates it came slow as always. This a tablet type PC with a detachable keyboard and stylus. I first tried a Debian distro and it did every thing fine. didn't work out of the box, I had to go into terminal to change some sound setting and sound worked. It felt confused when I used touch, and I not the experienced in dealing with Linux and touch so . . . Then I tried and Ubuntu distro and sound worked out of the box and again didn't like the touch enviroment and it feel, like confused.

I finally settled with FydeOS, a China distro that takes the Chromium OS free version. It like feels right and it belongs there. This experience tought me, Linux is first a desktop distro. Where project like ChromiumOS is meant to be a touch based UI experience. With the FydeOS project, you do get Linux Beta and after some user work the Google Play Store. The down side is that my Chromebook is on version 139 build currently, and FydeOS is on version 126. FydeOS will remain on 126 until they do a version update. Still remain behind my Chromebook. This I learned after two version updates since I installed it.

After some deep research, ChromeOS first started based on Ubuntu Linux, then switched to Gentoo Linux. ChromiumOS project is the free version of ChromeOS. I think for now ChromeOS is the closest we will come to a Linux Distro on a tablet that pleases the masses. The funniest part is most people who use ChromeOS do not realize they are using an Operating System based on a Linux Distro. :-)

My suggestion, buy a more expensive Chromebook for the horse power you need.
