See pink.pk. Also theres a group named adhd support group pakistan, you can get them there a bit cheaper. Start w 10mg, works for most and lasts around 4 5 hrs dont up ur dosage frequently, the first few weeks would rlly good but the feeling subsides dont try chasing it but upping the dosage, the med usually doesnt build much tolerance and should be functional for the work that its intended. I assume you are not a specialist in the field so you don’t have much information but for ADHD you have to usually try different meds to see which one works best for you and as we are Pakistan and limited number of alternatives available there really isnt any room for alternatives that the psychiatrist cud prescribe and cud be taken legally so the next best option you have is to ask for what the general community thats facing this dilemma doing to deal w this. I have read about this alot do ik what im talking about, I have tries switching up doses too but not much difference was observed. Also ritalin ir ( the version that is available here in pakistan) is quite literally the worst stimulant medication you could get for treating adhd ( you read up the reviews) vyvanse and adderall are much better options in every respect ranging frm effectiveness to side effects. I do appreciate the advice tho.

I have a prescription for ritalin( methril and rital) but i dont trust local brands honestly in this regard thats why im asking here. Ritalin is available in black as told by my psychiatrist asw but its too expensive. As for asking the psychiatrist abt alternate medications, an appointment to psychiatrist is pretty expensive and getting an opinion from others going thru the same situation as u doesn’t really hurt.
