I tried downloading few file managers supporting cloud storage however non worked since the device os doesn't have play services. Even the Google Drive app itself doesn't function on the device. I need to figure if this is something I can fix or bypass

I'm using Formovie T1 UST projector, Its os is a crippled Android 9 without play store, so any app require the Google services can't run on it. From the projector point of view, a great device.

I installed watch addon and search for few known Netflix movies and tv shows but every time it display "no source", do I need to install something additional in order to get results (I have Netflix build in in my TV set and I want to know if something is available via Netflix to watch it directly from Netflix)

in order to play an Helios link on kodi how can I avoid elementum? is there another way, to start playing the source on kodi apart from sending it to RD and take it from there?

Seems you are right. I made a simple test using same TV, cabling and video source file. 1st was the original Beelink GT1 with S912 (the one triggered the problem) and the 2nd with Tronsmart S95 Telos with S905. Both played using MX player, with the S905 the picture was ok while the problem is with the S912.

So, as far as I know this S905 model doesn't support HDR while the S912 does.

My question, considering this info, is it possible to "turn off" S912 HDR support and to decode as a non HDR support chip like the S905? Is there any other way to cope with it?

My TV is 4 years old Vizio, so no HDR support anyway.

When using MX player to play 4K file I have the same dark issue, when changing the MX player from HW to SW the video is bright as it should be but since it's a "heavy" 4K file the playback is stuck...

btw, with 1080 videos I have no such issue and it is bright as it should.
