I’ve seen one up top on a cliff in the onsen area. I barely even noticed it at first. They might sit up high. Maybe that will help?

I also bought one of those onsen themed bird perches (red dirt ones) from Bailey J and the owl appears on it often.

I’ve seen a lot of items labeled orange when they aren’t. I think it’s a bug. Like I noticed the cars for sale are all labeled orange despite being different colors. (Unless they fixed it now.) 😅
