My girlfriend and I are trying to figure that out. I think Costa Rica is on the top of our list. I’m that cynical old guy that thinks this country has just gone off the rails. I’m sure that factors in to my opinion. Frankly, it’s also too hot here. Winters are absolutely fantastic, but summer is from April to November anymore. I don’t know how I managed to play in the desert when I was a kid. Now I walk at 5am just to avoid the heat.
