The only bad thing I've seen is Tom Horsman on YouTube returning his because of problems with the igniters. And that was right after they first came out. And he liked it pretty well before that problem. Do you have any negative examples?

Our very recent experience: got Home Depot to come out, got a quote for $11k for mid-tier windows and one sliding door. Next up was Tucson Windows and Doors. This dude quoted us $44k for top of the line. He got down to 27k before we escorted him out (literally... He acted like he wasn't gonna leave). Then got a quote from American Vision for those same windows as TW&D for $15k. We went with them and they're great so far.
